Boulevard Park
A drink to dance the night away with.
The Boulevard Parks this brings out the chocolatey richness of the malted barley, and finishes with notes of red fruits.
This is a fun spin on a classic Boulevardier, by upping citrus notes with the Cointreau and complimenting the Flagships’ creamy flavor with the caramel profile of Averna.
The dry chocolate bitters give the drink a rounded feel and is perfect for those that love an aperitivo, and want to keep the night going!
Ingredients
1 ½ oz / 45ml Westland Flagship
¾ oz / 22.5ml Sweet Vermouth
¼ oz / 7.5ml Averna
¼ oz / 7.5ml Cointreau
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters (Angostura Cacao Bitters preferential)
Method
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass / tin and stir down with cubed ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a dark chocolate button.
