A sociable serve, that can be enjoyed by all - from the Aperol Spritz drinkers to the die hard Old Fashioned fans.
Ingredients
1 oz / 35ml Westland Flagship
¾ oz / 22.5ml Aperol
¼ oz / 7.5ml Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz / 7.5ml Sugar Syrup
8-10 Mint Leaves
3 oz / 90ml Club Soda
Method
Combine all ingredients in a glass and top with crushed ice. Churn through mint, chilling diluting and distributing mint through the glass. Slap mint sprigs gently and tuck in next to the straw.
